Stress and tension in the body are caused by many things – injury, illness, everyday experiences. If not discharged, stress accumulates and impacts your well-being on many levels.
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle method of detection and correction that encourages your own natural healing mechanisms to dissipate the effects of stress on your central nervous system. It helps alleviate a wide range of illness, pain, and dysfunction. In addition to improving the primary issue, you also benefit from better overall health and resistance to disease.

CranioSacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release
Somato-Emotional Release (SER) is another method for treating stress in the body and nervous system. Energy is required to suppress unprocessed emotions, energy that is diverted from other areas of the body.
Over time, this draining of energy can lead to reduced function and other symptoms that reduce your resilience and cause further stress on your health.
Even when CST or another modality like massage releases restrictions in the tissues, sometimes a release of pent-up emotional energy is necessary to fully discharge a tension pattern.
Through SER, we can engage in imaging and dialoguing techniques that help the client release the energy restriction; freeing the body to return to its optimal levels of functioning.
The craniosacral system consists of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surrounds and protects the brain and spinal cord. Because this vital system influences the performance of the brain and spinal cord, an imbalance or restriction in it can cause any number of sensory, motor, or neurological issues. Peipheral
These problems include chronic pain, eye difficulty, scoliosis, motor-coordination impairments, learning disabilities, and other health challenges.
(SER) offers applications designed to enhance results using CST and other complementary therapies.
